Frequently asked questions

How did you find me?

We utilise many different sources of information to identify beneficiaries, including the indexes of birth, marriage and death, census returns, probate records etc.

Once the identity of a beneficiary is established, his or her whereabouts are determined through consultation of various in-house databases, electoral rolls, telephone directories etc, using the expertise and lateral thinking gained through many years of experience.
