Rainmaker

A fair alternative to contingency when there are no known heirs. We take on all the risk and fund the research to find you a client. Our fee is only payable if we find you a client and you take instructions.

The fee is calculated on a time and expenses basis and is therefore proportionate to the work done. With Rainmaker percentage fees are a thing of the past.

We will not pressure you to accept an invoice before you have access to funds. We will not pressure you to instruct us on a second stage until you are able and ready to do so.
